Wine List
Simply put, great wine is an agricultural product made by people who get excited to share it with their friends and family. It’s easy to forget this sometimes because the world of wine can be intimidating (it is vast!), and none among us have mastered it.
However, if you ever want to build a foundation for wine education, go visit a winery – any winery. Walk through the vineyards and get to know the people who make it. This is where wine can be experienced in the most personal setting possible, because this is where it is born.
After that, wine gets exported to other states and countries, placed in the hands of wine professionals whom chose the right ones for wine shops, restaurants, even cruise ships. Wine professionals choose wines based on quality and appropriateness: they’re good at selling wines to their “demographic.”
Tel’Veh is different. This list doesn’t cater to one crowd; it sincerely offers unique and exciting wines for all people. From the newly curious wine drinker to the advanced oenophile alike: Tel’Veh is a place for enjoyment and learning. We share wine and talk about its quality, and we also learn about its provenance. We learn why it tastes the way it does because of where it is from; and often times more importantly, because of the people that make it.
